Return & Refund Policy

At VintageAV.shop, we sell vintage and pre-owned audio products. Returns are accepted only under the conditions below.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
A clear unboxing video (recorded while opening the sealed package) is mandatory.
Returns are accepted only if the product is not playing or has functional playback issues (such as skipping or sound defects).
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Cases

No unboxing video provided
Physical damage after delivery
Minor cosmetic wear typical of vintage items
Issues reported after 3 days from delivery

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For return requests, please contact us with your Order ID and unboxing video within 3 days of delivery.
